This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create business cases, product definitions, and concept memos for designated opportunities.
• Foster the development of innovative healthcare data, workflow, and AI-driven decision-support products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across payer, provider, clinical, general management, technical product management, and engineering teams.
• Assist in developing the product roadmap by documenting capabilities, dependencies, and priorities.
• Work alongside technology and external partners to prototype and expedite data strategies and enterprise capabilities.
• Assess build-versus-partner options and aid in partner sourcing, capability evaluation, and due diligence processes.
• Perform market, customer, and competitive analysis.
• Review and integrate external data assets and partnerships.
• Lead technical and commercial proof-of-concept initiatives with partners.
• Act as a product subject matter expert for internal training, client conversations, pre-sales, sales, and commercialization efforts.
• Manage cross-functional workstreams while ensuring adherence to data governance, privacy, contractual, and regulatory standards.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management, product strategy, strategy consulting, commercialization, or a similar discipline.
• Preferred experience with clinical and pharmacy data, data-as-a-service, APIs, interoperability, and FHIR.
• Proven ability to conduct market discovery, create business cases, and define product packaging, monetization strategies, and go-to-market approaches for data assets.
• Strong grasp of product strategy, commercialization, platforms, product development lifecycles, and business planning.
• Experience collaborating with Azure, Databricks, AWS, and/or GCP on joint technology strategies or co-innovation projects.
• Excellent hybrid business and technology skills to engage effectively with business and engineering audiences.
• Familiarity with AI/ML models, intelligent agents, and automation of financial/clinical workflows.
• Proficient in SQL, BI, and analytics tools.
• Experience in supporting external data partnerships, third-party vendor integrations, rapid POC commercialization, and scalable product capabilities.
• Outstanding analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, along with effective stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to present recommendations, business cases, product concepts, and complex information to clients, cross-functional teams, and senior management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for immigration support or sponsorship now or in the future.
