Product Specialist – Pet Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell products and services for the company's pet-health client.

• Engage with potential customers to convert leads into loyal brand advocates.

• Embody Tribe's values and familiarize yourself with its sales process through training.

• Adhere to regulatory standards and conduct sales ethically without overpromising or making unsupported claims.

• Conduct regular phone and video consultations with customers.

• Work remotely from a home office in a global setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly motivated self-starter with a strong drive for growth and sales excellence.

• Knowledge, experience, or enthusiasm in the health and wellness sector.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.

• Capacity to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, starting at 8 AM CST.

• Reliable internet connection and necessary equipment.

• A fast and dependable laptop or desktop computer equipped with a functional microphone, camera, and headset.

• Ethernet connection is strongly preferred.

• Minimum dedicated bandwidth of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

• Latency should be under approximately 150 ms.

• Jitter should remain under approximately 30 ms.

• Packet loss should be under approximately 1%.

• Ability to facilitate frequent, uninterrupted phone and video calls.
