This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
β’ Conduct scientific information activities for healthcare professionals in the designated area regarding pharmaceuticals marketed in the field of aesthetic medicine.
β’ Provide technical and scientific information on medical devices, including intended use, application, functions, features, and technical properties.
β’ Plan activities in alignment with company objectives and applicable regulations.
β’ Stay informed about the area of aesthetic medicine, assigned products, and the relevant market.
β’ Report adverse effects and incidents related to pharmaceuticals and medical devices to the Scientific Service, Pharmacovigilance, and Device Vigilance.
β’ Contribute to the development and implementation of brand strategies.
β’ Share relevant information with the Area Manager and colleagues at headquarters.
β’ Prepare and schedule visits and meetings with medical stakeholders using company materials.
β’ Gather and disseminate information from meetings to plan subsequent content.
β’ Perform support activities for scientific and technical information, reporting, and management of information flows via CRM.
β’ Provide, when necessary, non-promotional training and information to healthcare professionals.
β’ Offer administrative and operational support for product procurement.
β’ Adhere to company procedures and regulations concerning health and safety at work.
β’ Suitable educational qualification as stated in Article 122, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 24/04/2006 no. 219.
β’ In-depth knowledge of regulatory and ethical requirements related to pharmaceutical scientific information and scientific and technical information on medical devices.
β’ High professional qualification and adequate scientific, product, and market knowledge.
β’ Ability to utilize the management and technological tools provided by the company.
β’ Capability to operate effectively in a matrix organizational environment.
β’ Any other legal requirements as mandated by current regulations and in compliance with company procedures.
β’ Communication skills: active listening, open-ended questions, tailored communication to the interlocutor, and effective management of inquiries/objections.
β’ Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device sector.
β’ Good knowledge of the English language (preferred requirement).
