Manager, Strategic Product Consultants, Owners

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the responsibilities of the Strategic Product Consultant to propel new initiatives and implement process improvements.

• Provide expert assistance for escalated client concerns and objection resolution.

• Showcase business growth and transformation within a team that enhances Professional Services value for customers.

• Collaborate with Global Professional Services and Customer Success Leadership regarding team achievements and setbacks.

• Set and uphold job expectations; plan, assess, and evaluate performance outcomes.

• Motivate team members to reach exceptional results and metrics; develop and oversee team objectives, messaging, and updates.

• Recruit, guide, and develop team members by recognizing training opportunities, establishing career paths, and facilitating peer shadowing.

• Support onboarding, identify advancement possibilities, and drive high performance aligned with company, organizational, and team goals.

• Report directly to the Senior Manager, Strategic Product Consultant.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a SaaS Management or Team Lead position.

• At least 3 years of experience in a professional services role related to SaaS platforms, including onboarding, training, and managing client relationships.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Comprehension of business transformation, growth, and the development of consulting services within a Professional Services organization.

• Enthusiastic and innovative leadership skills to inspire and motivate others.

• Profound understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and a process-oriented outlook.

• Proven track record as an early adopter of change, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or a related field is preferred.
