Product Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee pipelines of exceptional Product Manager talent through innovative sourcing, networking, and market analysis.

• Monitor and evaluate funnel metrics to pinpoint gaps and opportunities for enhancement.

• Provide guidance to product recruiters and hiring managers regarding hiring strategies, talent landscape, and candidate experience.

• Collaborate with Product leaders and recruiters to implement top-of-funnel strategies for specialized and niche Product searches.

• Work alongside EPD recruiters and recruiting operations to ensure consistency, share insights, and improve recruiting playbooks.

• Deliver data-driven insights to facilitate informed hiring decisions and expand Plaid’s Product organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in technical sourcing/recruiting, ideally in-house.

• Experience in creative sourcing across a variety of platforms and channels.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating with senior Product Management or Engineering leaders on specialized and challenging searches.

• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent searches.

• A data-driven and process-oriented approach; capable of identifying bottlenecks and suggesting enhancements.

• A candidate-centric mindset that balances speed, quality, and overall experience.

• Familiarity with Product Management disciplines such as consumer, platform, growth, infrastructure, or API products is a plus.

• Experience in long-term networking strategies, including organizing events, dinners, and conference initiatives, is advantageous.
