Product Selection QA Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Offer product suggestions tailored to client requirements, target audience, budget, and usage scenarios.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of promotional products, including current offerings and popular trends.

• Recognize varying recipient preferences and identify products that resonate with particular demographics.

• Keep informed about U.S. buyer preferences, market dynamics, and seasonal opportunities.

• Select appropriate products for specific campaigns, events, and customer requirements.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that product suggestions are relevant, practical, and aligned with brand standards.

• Conduct quality checks on product selections, specifications, pricing, and brand alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in the promotional products sector.

• Experience in product sourcing, merchandising, corporate gifting, retail buying, or e-commerce product curation is also considered.

• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during U.S. operational hours.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Gmail, Docs, Slides).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with promotional product research platforms such as ESP, SAGE, commonsku, or supplier websites is a plus.

• Comprehensive knowledge of promotional products, including their availability and common usage in the industry.

• Strong understanding of varying recipient preferences and which products appeal to specific audiences.

• Solid knowledge of U.S. buyer preferences, market trends, and seasonal opportunities.

• Capability to identify the most suitable products for specific use cases, campaigns, audiences, or customer needs.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Keen attention to detail.
