Product Sampler – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop weekly and monthly sampling plans.

• Gather samples from grocery stores, farmers' markets, specialty shops, coffee and tea establishments, juice bars, as well as locations that sell packaged and bulk food items.

• Ensure that high-quality digital photographs are captured after the samples have been collected.

• Input sample data accurately into spreadsheets.

• Complete the necessary paperwork for each sample before shipping.

• Pack and dispatch samples in accordance with SGS and client protocols.

• Submit expenses, timecards, and photographs on a weekly basis.

• Acquire, store, pack, and ship sample products while preventing contamination and adhering to client standards.

• Deliver precise and timely results.

• Undertake special or ad hoc projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• No prior experience is necessary.

• One-year contract, part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.

• Availability to work on Mondays for 8 hours and Tuesdays for 8 hours is essential.

• Candidates must be residents of Ottawa, ON.

• A vehicle and a valid driver's license are required.

• A functioning laptop is mandatory.

• A minimum of a High School Diploma is needed.

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle.

• Ability to perform all essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodations.
