This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Provide extensive technical expertise in the Siemens MR portfolio, offering guidance to the sales team and clients on how to effectively utilize and integrate Siemens products.
• Foster, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the designated customer organizations.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of strategic account plans aimed at meeting established business objectives and budgets.
• Support management in formulating sales strategies and plans while preparing forecasts, budgets, and operational plans for product sales channels.
• Lead reviews of the territory team and revise account plans in response to evolving market conditions, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
• Stay informed about MRI trends and the overall market environment.
• Educate and mentor internal colleagues on current MRI trends and essential talking points.
• Utilize Siemens sales tools to foster collaboration, enhance communication, and drive growth.
• Initiate expert teams and coordinate team activities as required.
• Meet business objectives within the designated territory, focusing on account penetration through product, solution, and service offerings.
• Travel is expected to be around 30-50% within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in MR sales, marketing, or a clinical role related to MR; or a comparable blend of education and experience.
• Proven success in developing and maintaining effective customer relationships.
• Senior-level expertise, with extensive functional, commercial, and/or technical knowledge in the MR domain.
• Ability to combine analysis, development, testing, and implementation effectively.
• Profound professional knowledge and experience in MR, with the ability to transfer and apply this expertise in various contexts.
• Strong professional judgment and competent problem-solving skills.
• Capability to enhance existing processes and methodologies.
• Approximately 30-50% travel required within the territory.
• Preferred: Experience in MRI sales or medical capital equipment.
• Preferred: Sales experience in a hospital setting.
• Preferred: History of carrying or exceeding substantial quotas with extended sales cycles.
• Preferred: Professional sales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Professional Selling Skills, Miller-Heiman, etc.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Candidates may not have prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending charges, or other serious moving violations, unless restricted by state or local law.
• The successful candidate must be capable of working with controlled technology in compliance with US export control regulations.
