Product Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete cycle of hiring for Product Owner and Product Manager roles.

• Establish candidate profiles and pinpoint relevant talent markets.

• Actively source candidates and develop product-talent pipelines in anticipation of confirmed demand.

• Evaluate candidates based on their scope, judgment, relevance, and measurable impact on products.

• Ensure timely hiring decisions are made.

• Facilitate offer discussions until acceptance is secured.

• Provide hiring managers with insights when adjustments to profiles, search strategies, or interview processes are necessary.

• Collaborate closely with senior decision-makers, including the founder.

• Contribute to the evolution of product hiring within a growing Talent Acquisition function.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-house responsibility for product hiring within a technology organization.

• Experience in building candidate pipelines, evaluating candidates, managing stakeholders, and successfully closing hires.

• Ability to differentiate between effective Product Owners and Product Managers and articulate the distinctions across various product contexts.

• Numerical accountability for hiring outcomes and the capability to clarify which actions influenced those results.

• Proven history of successfully navigating challenging product searches.

• Experience in questioning hiring decisions with supporting evidence.

• Background in enhancing recruitment processes.

• Skilled in finalizing challenging offers.

• Applicants must reside in Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, or Spain.
