Product Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete cycle of hiring for Product Owner and Product Manager positions.

• Establish candidate profiles and pinpoint relevant markets.

• Actively source candidates and proactively develop pipelines for product talent in anticipation of confirmed demand.

• Evaluate candidates' scope, judgment, and measurable product impact.

• Ensure timely decision-making in the hiring process.

• Lead discussions regarding offers up to acceptance.

• Provide justifications when there is a need to adjust profiles, search strategies, or interview processes.

• Collaborate directly with senior decision-makers, including the founder.

• Contribute to the development of the product hiring function and assume greater hiring responsibilities as performance is demonstrated.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in owning product hiring within a technology firm.

• Proven ability to build pipelines, qualify candidates, manage stakeholders, and finalize hires.

• Competence in distinguishing between strong Product Owners and strong Product Managers, along with the ability to clarify differences across product contexts.

• Numerical accountability for hiring results and the ability to identify actions that influenced those results.

• A track record of successfully navigating challenging product searches.

• Experience in challenging hiring decisions with supporting evidence.

• Background in enhancing recruitment processes.

• Proven experience in successfully closing difficult offers.
