Product Readiness Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Act as a product subject matter expert to assist go-to-market teams in launching new products and features.

• Enable both internal teams and customers to utilize the Smartsheet product suite effectively along with best practices.

• Anticipate prospective customer requirements and guide strategic planning for new features and products.

• Support cross-functional initiatives focused on product readiness, from planning stages to launch.

• Lead product launch workstreams within the Product Officer and Council Programs.

• Drive progress by maintaining meeting schedules and managing agendas, action items, and follow-ups.

• Develop and present go-to-market and readiness strategies to executive and senior stakeholders.

• Represent the needs of the go-to-market team and influence product-related decisions.

• Create and refine internal documentation, customer-facing materials, and training resources.

• Design and execute readiness programs that enhance customer value, promote adoption, and support business growth.

• Identify gaps in readiness, propose solutions, and enhance SOPs, tooling, and processes.

• Construct AI-driven workflows and scalable programs with stakeholders, data, and long-term customer value in focus.

• Report directly to a senior leader in Product Readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and/or managing a program that involves changes to processes, personnel, and technology.

• A proven history of utilizing technical tools and systems to oversee resources, capacity, and cross-functional workflows on a large scale.

• Experience in communicating and presenting information to customers, internal partners, and executives.

• Skilled in analyzing complex issues, proposing recommended solutions, and/or managing risks.

• Familiarity with working on and developing AI-powered solutions and workflows, including Claude/Claude Cowork.

• Ability to facilitate and manage meetings to create plans and achieve desired outcomes.

• Capability to influence and reach consensus among cross-functional teams.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a comfort level in navigating ambiguity.
