This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Convert strategic goals into actionable priorities, initiatives, milestones, decision-making forums, and planning tools.
• Offer recommendations that align with business and product objectives.
• Spearhead cross-functional Go-to-Market readiness initiatives for new products, software releases, and portfolio programs.
• Manage priorities, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables effectively.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales Enablement, Partner Enablement, Customer Experience, and other key stakeholders.
• Examine business, product, market, and program data to uncover risks, opportunities, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Provide insights and recommendations to cross-functional leaders.
• Create and uphold planning frameworks, status updates, risk/issue tracking, and performance insights.
• Assist in prioritization, resource alignment, and the successful readiness of products.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 8+ years of pertinent professional experience, OR a Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience managing projects, programs, or strategic initiatives involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution, including managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions across teams without direct authority.
• Background in supporting Go-to-Market strategies, product readiness, product launches, or similar cross-functional business initiatives.
• PMP certification or proven experience in applying project/program management methodologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with a technology, networking, software, hardware, or similarly complex product environment is preferred.
• Experience with Go-to-Market strategies, product launches, product readiness, or sales/partner enablement is preferred.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools or AI-enabled capabilities to enhance productivity, planning, analysis, or business decision-making is preferred.
