This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Reporting leadership and internal business stakeholders to establish and prioritize reporting, dashboard, and data delivery projects.
• Ensure that reporting solutions fulfill requirements for accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and user-friendliness.
• Define and validate product requirements, including features/epics and user stories.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with the overall product vision and roadmap.
• Plan and execute product development sprints and releases in conjunction with product teams and business owners.
• Review and accept product deliverables based on acceptance criteria and quality standards.
• Oversee the product lifecycle to align with compliance requirements and business objectives.
• Execute current sprints and prepare for upcoming sprints.
• Establish team velocity and forecast future efforts.
• Coordinate with BA, development, and QA leads to achieve sprint goals.
• Manage sprint priorities in accordance with the product roadmap.
• Engage stakeholders during new feature rollouts and conduct regular demonstrations.
• Identify dependencies, plan for them, and eliminate blockers.
• Manage sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Communicate proactively when sprint goals are at risk.
• Create metrics-driven project dashboards for technology workstreams.
• Collaborate with the EPMO reporting team to enhance JIRA as the authoritative source.
• Perform additional assigned duties.
• Preferred Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, business, logistics, or a related field.
• A combination of education and experience may be considered in place of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of five years of experience as a product owner, product manager, business analyst, or in a similar role within a digital product development environment.
• Experience in supporting enterprise reporting, business intelligence, analytics platforms, or data-centric technology teams.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, tools, and best practices, including Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Trello.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate conflicting expectations and priorities.
• Strategic, creative, and analytical thinking abilities.
• Capability to translate customer needs into product requirements, features, and user stories.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products that provide value to customers and stakeholders.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle models.
• Expert knowledge of Agile and traditional Waterfall project management principles and practices.
• Extensive experience collaborating with vendors and offshore resources.
• Technical background sufficient to lead development teams and assess complex product risks and issues.
• Experience with release management and feature deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Jira is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; capable of thriving in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications is required.

• Ability to learn new tasks, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions.
