This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
• Transform business requirements into prioritized features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Propel the adoption and realization of business value for data products and analytics solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects related to Finance Premiums.
• Serve as the functional and technical liaison between the Policy Administration business teams and engineering teams.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and solution design workshops.
• Ensure the accurate translation of policy administration data into enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across Data Engineering, Architecture, QA, Product, Business, and Vendor teams.
• Establish governance processes to guarantee successful execution and timely delivery.
• Manage program risks, mitigation strategies, issue resolution, and escalation processes.
• Lead Agile planning activities.
• Foster continuous improvement initiatives across program delivery teams.
• Provide technical leadership, program governance, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight from program inception through to production deployment.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in delivering enterprise technology and data solutions.
• At least 5 years in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Delivery Lead.
• More than 3 years of experience working with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Proven track record in leading insurance data transformation programs.
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• In-depth expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter and the Guidewire Data Model.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, DBT (Data Build Tool), Apache Airflow, SQL, Python, and data modeling.
• Proficiency with AWS services including S3, Glue, and Lambda.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of DB2, SQL Server, and Oracle database technologies.
