This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Take ownership of, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog for supply chain systems.
• Balance input from business stakeholders, Logistics and Property teams, as well as leadership.
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria for developers and testers.
• Monitor scope, schedule, risks, and issues, while effectively communicating trade-offs.
• Develop and execute test cases for new features and system modifications.
• Reproduce and assess defects to determine if issues arise from data, configuration, or code.
• Collaborate with teams to drive issues toward resolution.
• Gain an understanding of data sources, structures, and system data flows.
• Design precise forms, workflows, and solutions.
• Write and execute SQL or Snowflake queries to validate assumptions.
• Identify downstream impacts and mitigate data integrity issues prior to deployment.
• Lead end-user adoption efforts for system or process changes.
• Develop training materials, facilitate training sessions, and provide post-launch support.
• Manage resistance to change and ensure successful implementation.
• Create Business Cases, Project Charters, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, RASCIs, and risk analyses.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders.
• Translate technical details into comprehensible terms for non-technical audiences.
• Develop ROI justifications for proposed solutions.
• A university degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience in Agile product ownership, including backlog management, story writing, and participation in sprints.
• Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong SQL skills, including the use of joins and aggregations.
• Experience in collecting and documenting system requirements and business processes.
• Professional experience with Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project.
• U.S. Person status or the ability to obtain necessary export authorizations.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access certain essential systems.
• Preferred: experience in Supply Chain, Property, or Logistics.
• Preferred: experience in writing test cases and conducting system/UAT testing.
• Preferred: familiarity with SAP, Fiori UX, or JIRA.
• Preferred: experience with Snowflake or advanced reporting tools.
• Preferred: certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-PBA, CPIM, or SAFe POPM.
• Preferred: Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
• The successful candidate must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.
