This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the product roadmap in line with the company's vision and current market trends.
• Establish and maintain quality checkpoints throughout the delivery process, including readiness criteria, QA approval, and release protocols.
• Execute customer discovery initiatives, conduct competitive analysis, and perform market research.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
• Work alongside UX, marketing, sales, and veterinary support teams to ensure a smooth user experience and promote product adoption.
• Define and monitor product performance metrics such as customer engagement, retention rates, and revenue impact.
• Develop user stories, prioritize the backlog, plan sprints, and facilitate product demonstrations.
• Communicate product updates and roadmaps to executives, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Collect customer feedback to enhance features and foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical AI standards, regulatory requirements, and data privacy laws.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a technology-driven environment.
• Demonstrated history of successfully launching digital products or features, such as B2B platforms, consumer applications, or SaaS offerings.
• Experience in conducting user research, collecting feedback, and translating user needs into product strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Possess a user-centered, inquisitive, data-driven, and results-oriented product mindset.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in defining KPIs and utilizing data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of growth strategies, A/B testing, APIs, or cross-functional leadership.
• Preferred: Experience in UX design, user research, usability testing, or hands-on prototyping using Figma or Sketch.
• Preferred: Experience with launching mobile applications or integrations.
• Preferred: Proficiency in one or more languages other than English; Spanish is preferred.
