Product Owner – Private Pension

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define and advocate for the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Manage and prioritize the backlog to maintain focus on high-impact deliverables.

• Act as the liaison between stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams.

• Lead product initiatives related to AI/Analytics, overseeing the process from discovery to delivery.

• Convert business needs into well-defined requirements and user stories.

• Assist in decision-making processes through data analysis, metrics, and user behavior insights.

• Supervise the development lifecycle utilizing agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Ensure the ongoing evolution of the product and delivery of value to customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager.

• Extensive experience with private pension products (3+ years).

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Experience with products related to Artificial Intelligence, data, or analytics.

• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across technology, data, and business sectors.

• Excellent communication, prioritization, and decision-making abilities.

• Analytical, results-oriented mindset emphasizing business value.

• Experience in managing backlogs and establishing product roadmaps.

• Prior experience in insurance companies is an advantage.

• Familiarity with digital products in regulated environments is a plus.

• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and systems architecture is advantageous.

• Product Owner certification or a related qualification is a plus.
