This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with clinical specialty stakeholders to evaluate current and future workflows and document solution requirements.
• Convert stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs that support product roadmaps.
• Configure the functionality and content of clinical solutions.
• Assess solutions to ensure they align with design intent and meet enterprise standards.
• Assist in the enterprise deployment and standardization of clinical workflows throughout the laboratory environment.
• Collaborate with training, validation, technical, and sustainment teams to facilitate implementation and ensure adoption.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate solution risks and issues as necessary.
• Implement workflow and process improvement strategies to enhance usability, efficiency, and clinical outcomes.
• Offer subject-matter expertise during the phases of discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• May oversee or mentor team members.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional years of experience may substitute for educational requirements.
• Over 8 years of experience with Oracle/Cerner solutions.
• More than 8 years of experience with Oracle/Cerner Dentrix, Surgery/Supply Chain, CPA, Revenue Cycle Architect, and/or Charge Services solutions.
• Familiarity with clinical workflows and healthcare technology solutions.
• Practical experience in configuring clinical system content and functionality.
• Capability to analyze workflows, document requirements, and validate solutions.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and user story development.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Completion of an Oracle Cerner certification program is preferred.
• Experience with large-scale clinical system deployment is preferred.
• Background in product ownership, clinical informatics, consulting, or solution architecture is preferred.
• Familiarity with revenue cycle, training, or technical implementation teams is preferred.
