Product Owner – HR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Foster robust partnerships with fellow Product Owners, HR Functional Areas, TDS/IT, and business stakeholders.

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, converting them into actionable user stories and specifications.

• Take ownership of the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for designated enterprise HR experiences.

• Spearhead solution delivery in collaboration with agile delivery teams and vendors to ensure successful design, configuration, testing, and implementation.

• Guarantee that solutions adhere to data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.

• Assist in change management, adoption, training, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Engage in and lead projects as identified and defined by HR and TDS/IT Leadership with minimal oversight.

• Stay informed on industry and technology trends, recommending features and functionalities that address business needs.

• Cultivate and sustain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt communication, transparency, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited college or university.

• Over 5 years of experience in HR systems, product ownership, or HR technology roles.

• Proficient with enterprise HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, ServiceNow HRSD, Skillsoft, and other Learning Technologies).

• Experience in agile or hybrid delivery models.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and executive communication.

• Ability to think strategically and prioritize effectively.

• User-centric and data-driven approach.

• Excellent collaboration skills across HR and IT.

• Experience in Digital Transformation.

• At least 2 years in a Product Owner or Agile role.

• Background in supporting large or global HR environments.

• Experience in managing vendors and system integrators.
