This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and prioritize a backlog consisting of epics, user stories, and defects.
• Elaborate on development topics while offering direction and guidance to scrum teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure that stories align with business requirements.
• Advocate for the team in developing high-quality solutions that fulfill customer needs.
• Recognize business requirements and articulate them through user stories for product features.
• Present product concepts, strategies, and designs to stakeholders.
• Coordinate release schedules with development and quality assurance teams.
• Establish and maintain a prioritized, detailed backlog of work items that reflect customer and business priorities.
• Provide transparency regarding project progress.
• Validate new features with stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of long-term product roadmaps and release strategies in collaboration with leadership.
• Engage in professional, technical, and career development training.
• Execute additional responsibilities as required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in product management or a comparable technical role within a software development environment.
• Practical experience collaborating with Scrum teams to refine backlogs, write user stories, participate in sprint ceremonies, and assist in release planning within an Agile framework.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner designation is preferred.
• Strongly preferred: experience in product ownership for Salesforce technologies (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, integrations).
• Creative, critical, and analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Above average capability to evaluate risks.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with developers to achieve results.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Capability to work independently with self-direction.
• Proven skills in time management.
• Ability to work effectively and lead within a team environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
