This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Take ownership of the Automotive Intelligence product roadmap and backlog, converting sector strategy and validated customer requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, commercial impact, technical effort, data readiness, and delivery limitations.
• Collaborate with the Sector Lead, Data Engineers, and Automotive Analyst to transform market intelligence and business needs into product capabilities.
• Coordinate delivery across engineering and data teams, considering dependencies related to AIS, ownership, emissions, and other data sources.
• Enhance the automotive workspace experience and integrate it seamlessly within Kpler’s platform.
• Establish executive KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, release coordination, and communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure the Q4 2026 launch and subsequent roadmap remain on schedule.
• Conduct customer discovery and integrate feedback into requirements, prioritization, and roadmap decisions.
• Define and monitor product success metrics, adoption rates, engagement levels, customer outcomes, and commercial performance against ARR and logo targets.
• Maintain a well-organized and predictable backlog along with clear delivery visibility.
• Adhere to Product and Engineering standards for quality, documentation, and operational practices.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in Product Management.
• Proven experience delivering B2B data, analytics, or SaaS products in a cross-functional Agile setting.
• A successful track record of transforming strategy and customer needs into a prioritized roadmap, well-defined backlog, and explicit product requirements.
• Familiarity with data-intensive products and technical teams, including an understanding of data sources, pipelines, and technical dependencies.
• Experience in customer discovery and transforming insights into product requirements and roadmap strategies.
• Skilled in managing stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data, and customer-facing teams.
• Knowledge of Agile product ownership, backlog management, user story creation, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, release coordination, and roadmap development.
• Strong data and analytical proficiency.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, roadmap management tools, and product analytics platforms.
• Experience or knowledge of maritime, shipping, logistics, automotive, commodities, or trade intelligence is a plus.
• Understanding of AIS, vessel tracking, freight/charter markets, emissions, or port and terminal operations is advantageous.
• Experience in launching new products or modules within an existing platform is a bonus.
