📋 Description

• Enhance product value by effectively managing and prioritizing the product backlog.

• Collaborate with leadership to establish the product vision, goals, strategic objectives, and roadmap.

• Identify and articulate both functional and non-functional requirements in conjunction with stakeholders.

• Document business processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria meticulously.

• Act as the main liaison between business and technical teams.

• Balance competing priorities among departments while aligning work with business objectives.

• Collaborate with the Scrum Master and development team to plan sprints, set goals, and distribute tasks.

• Engage in sprint reviews and retrospectives actively.

• Utilize Jira or similar tools to monitor epics, stories, bugs, and sprint progress.

• Ensure transparency regarding sprint status, impediments, and deliverables.

• Collect user feedback and represent the customer’s perspective.

• Advocate for superior user experience alongside design and engineering teams.

• Leverage analytics and performance data to validate decisions and assess KPIs.

• Coordinate with development and QA teams to plan, test, and execute releases.

• Communicate release timelines, updates, and significant changes to stakeholders.

• Identify and alleviate delivery risks and obstacles.

• Escalate urgent issues and facilitate resolutions.

• Enhance processes that improve team efficiency and product delivery.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

• Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication throughout the product lifecycle.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

• Over 5 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related role within Agile product development.

• 1–3 years of experience specifically as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.

• Strong comprehension of Agile and Scrum methodologies as well as product delivery lifecycles.

• Practical experience with backlog management.

• Ability to convert business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.

• Proven track record in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.

• Hands-on experience conducting manual QA testing and validating business requirements.

• Experience collaborating directly with developers and cross-functional delivery teams.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.

• Comfortable facilitating meetings, demonstrations, and training sessions.

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools is required.

• Experience utilizing Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking.

• Experience with SaaS, ERP, or market-facing COTS products is advantageous.

• Background in e-commerce, workflow automation, or ERP systems is a plus.

• Strong analytical abilities to leverage data for decision-making.

• Experience managing integrations and API-driven products.

• Knowledge of User-Centered Design (UCD), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) automation, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) best practices.

• Experience collaborating with Quality Engineering teams to enhance product reliability and automation.

• Must reside in AK, FL, NC, SC, GA, OK, TN, TX, or VA.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.

• Must not now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status.

• Successful completion of background checks and pre-employment drug screening is required.
