Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Articulate and convey the product vision in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

• Prioritize and oversee the product backlog, enhancing user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with business leaders, engineers, designers, customers, architects, and developers.

• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights.

• Ensure the technical viability and scalability of solutions.

• Monitor product performance indicators such as KPIs and ROI, providing updates to senior leadership.

• Recognize and address risks that may impact delivery or quality.

• Manage products that encompass Angular websites, Flutter mobile applications, payment systems, and CRM systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in product ownership, product management, or a technical position in a technology-centric environment.

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Understanding of APIs, cloud services, and cybersecurity relevant to the product domain.

• PSPO, CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent certification is preferred but not mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

• Exceptional communication abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, or Aha!
