This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Take ownership of, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring a balance between strategic initiatives, routine enhancements, technical improvements, and defect resolution.
• Convert business objectives, user requirements, and stakeholder feedback into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to evaluate solution options, identify dependencies, assess trade-offs, and aid in decision-making.
• Ensure that both functional and non-functional requirements are comprehended, taking into account security, privacy, performance, and supportability factors.
• Provide stakeholders and technology leadership with visibility into delivery progress, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, release readiness, and operational handover activities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for supported platforms and business processes.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing delivery processes, team effectiveness, and Agile methodologies.
• Shape platforms that support student and partner experiences across Keypath Education.
• Initially focus on internal systems and the CRM ecosystem, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Genesys Cloud CX.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in roles such as Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar, working with software engineering or technology teams.
• Proven track record of owning and prioritizing a product backlog in an Agile environment.
• Strong experience in translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements that are ready for delivery.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Technical expertise related to enterprise applications, cloud platforms, integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting continuous improvement within delivery teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making abilities.
• Capacity to rapidly learn new systems, technologies, and business domains.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies and enterprise platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, is highly regarded.
• Must reside in Australia and possess full working rights.
