This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage all facets of Fujifilm’s bronchoscope and endobronchial ultrasound product lines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, sales teams, field personnel, R&D, operations, regulatory bodies, and marketing departments.
• Formulate and implement 3–5 year strategic plans encompassing product portfolios, commercialization strategies, marketing initiatives, clinical efforts, financial forecasting, and supply chain management.
• Create synergistic devices and establish strategic partnerships to enhance adoption and expand market share.
• Direct market assessment, commercialization, and product lifecycle processes from initial strategic evaluation to product retirement.
• Assist in product launches, demonstrations, and activities as a subject-matter expert.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders through presentations, site visits, trade shows, conferences, inquiries, and product assessments.
• Aid sales teams by providing clinical demonstrations and supporting tactical adoption strategies.
• Act as a clinical, technical, and market subject-matter expert regarding products, services, competitors, and industry trends.
• Spearhead discussions on future product pipelines and recommend enhancements and innovations.
• Share best practices with global marketing and R&D teams.
• Manage field initiatives alongside sales leadership, business development, clinical specialists, and field service engineers.
• Lead participation in pulmonary portfolio trade shows, including setting objectives, determining booth and equipment needs, conducting workshops, and executing events.
• Provide technical resources and solutions to healthcare professionals and internal teams.
• Conduct training sessions on product operations, reprocessing, and manufacturer specifications.
• Develop product evaluation protocols, oversee site selection and evaluation deliverables, and compile results for global headquarters.
• Formulate clinical and white-paper strategies to enhance adoption and recognition of Fujifilm technology.
• A BA/BS degree is required, preferably in a field related to healthcare, biology, or business, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in a marketing role.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical device sector with a solid clinical background.
• Prior experience with endoscopes and/or pulmonology/endobronchial ultrasound is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading new product training sessions covering technology, disease states, clinical information, and economic messaging.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a close-knit team environment.
• Proficient in managing through influence.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Effective time management capabilities.
• Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret essential job-related documents.
• Capable of presenting and communicating effectively and professionally to both internal and external customers.
• Skilled in calculating, balancing, and analyzing sales and marketing data; preparing detailed reports; and presenting data.
• Ability to communicate and present in a multicultural environment.
• Desired knowledge/familiarity with general, thoracic, and/or pulmonology-related products and procedures.
• Understanding of the United States healthcare systems and dynamics is preferred.
• Capability to sit for 75–100% of applicable work time.
• Ability to utilize hands and fingers for feeling and manipulating items, including keyboards, for up to 100% of applicable work time.
• Ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for up to 10% of applicable work time.
• Clear vision at 20 inches or less.
• Willingness to frequently travel, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, primarily domestically, with some international travel.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
