Product Owner – Analytics Consulting, MDM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the product backlog for NPS-related deliverables.

• Facilitate sprint execution by refining tasks and collaborating with development teams.

• Draft user stories and secure confirmation from process owners prior to development.

• Organize testing activities, including UAT planning, issue tracking, and consolidating feedback.

• Gather business feedback and convert it into actionable updates for the backlog.

• Assist in ensuring release readiness and the activities related to production deployment.

• Collaborate with requirements and process stakeholders to confirm story readiness.

• Guarantee that work entering development is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business requirements.

• Utilize Jira for managing work intake, prioritization, and sprint tracking.

• Employ SQL for analysis, validation, or investigation of business and system data.

• Work alongside business, process, and technical teams to achieve delivery objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in roles such as Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar delivery position within an Agile setting.

• More than 3 years of experience in supporting agile delivery, sprint execution, testing, and release coordination.

• Proficient in using Jira.

• Working knowledge of SQL is essential.

• Experience in supporting enterprise workflow, product setup, or initiatives related to business process transformation is preferred.

• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in product, process, or systems environments.

• Familiarity with Appian or similar workflow/low-code platforms is preferred.

• Experience in managing backlogs within a multi-stakeholder environment.

• Background in manufacturing, consumer products, or related enterprise settings is preferred.

• Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe PO/PM, or an equivalent credential is preferred.
