Product Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer on significant cross-functional issues within the Product organization.

• Take ownership of initiatives that span multiple product teams and their respective priorities.

• Identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities across various teams.

• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders who have competing priorities and viewpoints.

• Convert strategic objectives into actionable plans, milestones, and operational rhythms.

• Develop frameworks, analyses, and recommendations to support product and company decisions.

• Enhance visibility into key initiatives while highlighting risks, trade-offs, and obstacles.

• Optimize planning, communication, and execution within the Product organization.

• Act as a unifying force among Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical, Operations, and Growth teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a high-performance setting such as Chief of Staff, Venture Capital, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Product Operations, or early-stage startups.

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and structured thinking skills.

• Proactive approach with a proven history of transforming ambiguity into actionable momentum.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working across teams, functions, and varying levels of seniority.

• Capacity to influence outcomes without direct authority.

• Genuine curiosity about products, healthcare, and the process of building a company.

• Strong judgment and an instinct for prioritization.

• Candidates must be located in the United States.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
