This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the planning of products and programs by tracking milestones, risks, decisions, dependencies, and action items.
• Aid in the preparation of recurring operational reports, portfolio dashboards, OKR updates, and materials for leadership.
• Evaluate product, program, and operational data to uncover trends, capacity issues, execution gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Facilitate project setup and ongoing maintenance across platforms such as Workday, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Slack, Teams, and others.
• Keep Workday project details up to date, including resource allocations, hours worked, end dates, stages, and other relevant attributes.
• Assess team resource allocations to identify potential conflicts or overallocation.
• Assist in developing product requirements, process maps, operating procedures, implementation plans, and project documentation.
• Document workflows related to products, platforms, data, partners, and integrations.
• Promote workflow automation and the strategic use of artificial intelligence to enhance reporting, research, documentation, and team efficiency.
• Conduct thorough market, partner, ecosystem, and competitive analysis to aid in product and commercialization strategies.
• Create playbooks, training materials, and enablement resources for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in program governance activities, project reviews, and audits for Product or Program Management.
• Organize project meetings, record decisions, and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Review status reports and presentations to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Provide temporary project management support during planned absences and short-term team requirements.
• Contribute to Product Operations initiatives, team events, and professional development programs.
• Complete and present a designated internship project with actionable recommendations or measurable business outcomes.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Product Management, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date between May 2027 and December 2027.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Capable of organizing complex information and translating it into clear documentation, insights, and actionable next steps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal partners and provide concise status updates.
• Experience in leading or contributing to project teams in academic, professional, or volunteer settings.
• High attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to completing tasks.
• Eagerness to learn, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to taking initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in product operations, product management, data, identity, artificial intelligence, advertising technology, or enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Trello, Slack, or Teams.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices in software or product development.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, or visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of using artificial intelligence or automation tools to enhance research, analysis, documentation, or workflows.
• Exposure to advertising technology, marketing technology, data platforms, identity solutions, digital media, or enterprise software.
• Experience in creating presentations, process documentation, research summaries, or recommendations for academic or professional audiences.
• Demonstrated interest in enhancing team planning, collaboration, decision-making, and product delivery processes.
