Product Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in implementing product go-to-market strategies while coordinating efforts in digital, social media, branding, and market research.

• Outline the buyer journey and provide timely content that highlights value propositions.

• Gain insights into customer needs and behaviors to drive growth campaigns and conduct experiments.

• Develop product positioning, messaging, and content that supports sales enablement.

• Enhance the sales enablement library with videos, testimonials, eBooks, and white papers.

• Provide training for sales and customer support teams on product features.

• Analyze and interpret market data to inform product development.

• Measure, monitor, and evaluate marketing performance in relation to SMART goals and anticipated outcomes.

• Influence product features, user experience, naming, packaging, future iterations, and strategic initiatives.

• Execute and assess the customer testimonial program.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on cross-departmental campaigns.

• Identify target prospect accounts for account-based marketing efforts.

• Partner with sales teams to enhance conversion rates throughout the sales funnel and convert qualified leads into customers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in marketing, messaging, and search engine optimization techniques.

• Experience in the B2B and software sectors is advantageous.

• Deep understanding of the go-to-market process.

• Expertise in AI with the ability to implement AI-first marketing strategies.

• Strong decision-making capabilities.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Desired experience in Account-Based Marketing.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics.

• Proficient in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.

• Experience with marketing automation tools, especially HubSpot.

• Preferred experience in the healthcare, rental, or construction industries.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

• Energetic, self-driven, with a positive attitude and a good sense of humor.

• Ability to adapt in an agile environment and manage changing deadlines.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.

• Flexible and adaptable to various situations.
