This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create go-to-market strategies that align with ESO offerings.
• Lead customer-facing operational communications for ESO’s product range, addressing both anticipated changes and unexpected service issues.
• Work alongside the Product team to comprehend platform strategy and provide market and buyer insights that guide the roadmap.
• Formulate solution positioning and messaging that tackle market and buyer persona challenges.
• Execute market research and intelligence activities, including competitor analysis, win/loss interviews, and message testing.
• Identify, create, and/or oversee the development of written, video, presentation, and various content to support revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement on specialized content, playbooks, and messaging that enhance value articulation across channels.
• Report to the Director of Product Marketing as a member of the Marketing team.
• Over 3 years of experience in B2B product marketing, particularly in enterprise SaaS software.
• Proactive individual; capable of charting their own course to success without requiring extensive guidance.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment.
• Excellent communicator with strong writing capabilities; able to simplify complex value propositions and operational communications into clear content.
• Strong organizational and collaborative abilities.
• Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to both small and large groups.
• Experience in conducting market research and deriving insights to shape positioning and messaging.
• Strong analytical skills to work with data sets, derive insights, and formulate actions for ongoing improvement.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a matrixed environment and across various time zones.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, balancing confidence with diplomacy and a positive attitude.
• Full authorization to work in the Czech Republic; ESO does not offer visa sponsorship.
• Successful background check is required.
• Experience in customer-facing operational communications is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, and Monday.com is preferred.
