Product Marketing Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Enhance, document, and execute go-to-market strategies, prioritization, launch, reporting workflows, business rhythms, frameworks, dashboards, and operational models.

• Boost execution, accountability, and adoption within Product Marketing and across various cross-functional teams.

• Oversee portfolio and resource planning, encompassing priorities, initiatives, milestones, dependencies, budgets, execution risks, resource limitations, and capacity planning decisions.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Marketing, Product, Sales, Creative, Regional Marketing, Business Operations, and additional teams.

• Align objectives, resources, execution strategies, and proactively tackle blockers, dependencies, and strategic priorities.

• Create and operationalize go-to-market launch frameworks, readiness processes, governance structures, and execution plans.

• Manage stakeholders, milestones, resources, timelines, and the transition from global to regional execution.

• Deploy systems, dashboards, AI, automation, reporting, and measurement frameworks.

• Enhance planning, visibility, decision-making, knowledge sharing, launch readiness, quarterly and annual planning, and ongoing operational improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in refining and executing go-to-market strategies, launch prioritization, and reporting processes.

• Background in portfolio planning, resource management, capacity planning, budgeting, and risk assessment.

• Strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders to facilitate execution.

• Experience in implementing dashboards, workflows, reporting frameworks, AI, and automation to enhance operational efficiency.

• Capability to work remotely during Pacific Time (PT).

• Availability for a commitment of 40 hours per week and a duration of 3 months.

• W2 employment status required.
