This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take ownership of marketing performance across various markets and channels.
• Generate weekly reports on key performance indicators and communicate insights to executives.
• Monitor metrics such as lead volume, qualified leads, cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, return on investment (ROI), and revenue.
• Integrate paid search, organic search, local search, email/SMS, referrals, and other channels into the lead-to-revenue process.
• Analyze fluctuations in lead volume, quality, costs, conversion rates, revenue, and overall market performance.
• Convert data into actionable recommendations, designate responsible parties, outline action steps, and establish success criteria.
• Discover lucrative customer acquisition avenues and assess budgets, keywords, landing pages, local search strategies, lead reactivation, CRM follow-ups, and growth initiatives.
• Lead efforts with agencies, vendors, and internal experts in areas such as paid media, SEO, local SEO, Google Business Profiles, content creation, email/SMS marketing, creative projects, websites, marketing automation, and analytics.
• Evaluate and enhance the structure of paid search campaigns, including targeting, bids, budgets, ad copy, keywords, landing pages, SEO, CRM workflows, lead routing, tracking, attribution, forms, and calls.
• Oversee agency and vendor goals, strategies, deliverables, deadlines, results, and necessary corrective actions.
• Keep track of priorities, project ownership, due dates, KPI dashboards, campaign calendars, testing backlogs, vendor deliverables, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and quality control checklists.
• Facilitate alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Operations, leveraging downstream sales data to assess lead quality, routing efficiency, response times, follow-up processes, and sales execution.
• Present strategic recommendations to leadership and manage the daily marketing operations system.
• Create scorecards, clarify ownership, enhance attribution and CAC reporting, link marketing outcomes to sales results, identify growth prospects, and develop an optimization strategy within the first 90 days.
• Report directly to the President/General Manager and collaborate closely with John, Sales, Operations, internal specialists, and external agencies.
• 5 to 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, marketing operations, demand generation, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on proficiency with several tools and platforms including Google Ads/PPC, SEO and local SEO, Google Business Profiles, GA4 and Google Search Console, CRM and marketing automation, lead routing and call tracking, attribution and reporting, conversion rate optimization, landing pages and websites, agency management, multi-market or local service businesses, executive KPI reporting, SOP development, and team training or coaching.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving marketing challenges is particularly advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking and commercial awareness.
• Highly organized with a strong technical foundation.
• Comfortable with accountability, meticulous work, prioritization, and receiving direct feedback.
• Capable of transitioning between strategic planning and execution.
• Communicates clearly with executives, vendors, and team members.
