Operations & Marketing Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the entire customer journey and sales funnel from initial lead to purchase.

• Collaborate with the founder on designing the sales funnel and lead magnets.

• Ensure accurate capturing of customer and lead data at every phase.

• Identify inconsistencies across the website, CRM, EPOS, and marketing tools.

• Set up and oversee email marketing campaigns, in addition to scheduling and posting on social media.

• Monitor customer reviews and inquiries, providing timely responses.

• Organize and manage the business email inbox, establishing a systematic email management process.

• Create labels and marketing materials using Canva.

• Prepare assets for printing and submit them for founder approval.

• Manage print procurement processes and track delivery schedules.

• Build and maintain databases for suppliers and competitors.

• Create and structure standard operating procedures (SOPs) documentation for printing and staff use.

• Research market trends and potential opportunities, proposing campaign ideas accordingly.

• Set up a VoIP phone system.

• Assist in the future deployment of AI agents for tasks such as review responses, email triaging, supplier price monitoring, and other related processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience supporting e-commerce, retail, or food service operations in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier, Make.com, or n8n.

• Knowledge of AI tools and custom GPTs.

• Proficient in Canva.

• Experience in graphic and print design is preferred and appreciated.

• Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo; Mailchimp experience is also acceptable.

• Comfortable using social media scheduling tools such as Buffer.

• Good understanding of Google Workspace.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Ability to convert work into clear, actionable reports.

• Previous experience in the food industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
