This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the administration, governance, and optimization of HubSpot.
• Act as Marketing’s main collaborator for integrating HubSpot with Salesforce and other marketing platforms.
• Oversee the complete email marketing processes, encompassing campaign creation, testing, scheduling, deployment, quality assurance, deliverability, and optimization.
• Design and manage marketing automation, nurturing programs, and lifecycle journeys that support acquisition, engagement, conversion, renewal, and re-engagement.
• Lead audience segmentation and targeting efforts, which include dynamic lists, personalization, suppression criteria, and campaign audiences.
• Ensure the accurate flow and proper utilization of marketing and customer data across HubSpot, Salesforce, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data quality, governance, and database health.
• Convert campaign and business goals into scalable marketing workflows and automated customer experiences.
• Set benchmarks for campaign setup, tracking, lead capture, lifecycle management, and marketing data practices.
• Serve as Marketing’s subject matter expert in martech.
• Assess platforms, integrations, and process enhancements in collaboration with IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Work with integrated marketing, growth and analytics, creative, and agency resources to implement high-volume, multi-channel campaigns.
• Recognize opportunities to automate manual tasks and enhance workflow efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Deliver exceptional customer service both internally and externally.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or related fields.
• Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot is required.
• Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in developing and executing email campaigns, automated workflows, audience segmentation, personalization, and customer lifecycle journeys.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation integrations, data flows, lead capture, campaign tracking, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with email deliverability, testing, quality assurance, and optimization.
• Solid understanding of email marketing best practices.
• Experienced in managing marketing data quality, audience segmentation, and database governance.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital campaign tracking and measurement, including UTM structures, campaign taxonomy, and attribution fundamentals.
• Ability to translate marketing and business objectives into scalable technical solutions, automated workflows, and efficient processes.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Competence in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• A collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
• Capability to work efficiently across Marketing, technology partners, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Experience supporting multiple products, audiences, or business lines in an association, membership organization, B2B, or similarly complex marketing environment is preferred.
