This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Formulate and implement the growth strategy for the Networks, Communications & Enterprise Storage market segment, ensuring alignment with corporate business goals.
β’ Partner with Product Management to shape product roadmaps informed by market needs and competitive analysis.
β’ Lead go-to-market strategies and commercial initiatives aimed at boosting revenue, enhancing market share, and facilitating customer adoption.
β’ Set clear objectives, KPIs, and execution priorities for the Business Segment while promoting accountability across all departments.
β’ Maintain strong alignment between customer requirements, product positioning, technical value propositions, and sales efforts.
β’ Track and evaluate business performance, pipeline growth, market trends, and competitive actions.
β’ Serve as the primary point of leadership and decision-making coordination for the designated market segment.
β’ Several years of experience in product/technical marketing, sales, or business development within electrical engineering fields.
β’ In-depth knowledge of the systems and partner networks that support high-bandwidth, low-latency communications for the most demanding networking and storage applications.
β’ Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
β’ Proven experience in go-to-market strategies, campaign management, and sales enablement.
β’ An entrepreneurial and customer-focused mindset.
β’ Proficient in German and/or English, both written and spoken.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
