Product Marketing Manager, Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee product positioning, messaging, and strategies for market entry related to manufacturing and print/logistics solutions.

• Collaborate with Sales, IT, and cross-functional teams to create solutions focused on customers, along with sales tools and product improvements.

• Perform customer and market analysis to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities that inform product strategy.

• Track product performance, customer uptake, and profitability to suggest enhancements and optimize business outcomes.

• Develop sales enablement resources, plan product launches, and execute strategic marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement and fortify competitive positioning.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is required; an MBA is preferred.

• More than 7 years of experience in product or commercial marketing.

• Demonstrated success in formulating go-to-market strategies, product positioning, value propositions, and sales enablement resources.

• Proven experience collaborating with Sales, Operations, IT, and Manufacturing teams to provide customer-centric solutions.

• Strong analytical capabilities to analyze financial, operational, and market data to inform business decisions.

• Exceptional communication, customer research, and relationship-building abilities.

• Experience in supporting digital tools or customer workflow platforms is preferred.
