This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist in the execution of TeachTown's market strategy and enhance value generation.
β’ Develop enablement tools and product insights that guide Everwayβs product strategy.
β’ Design tools, training, and experiences that empower internal teams and customers to comprehend and effectively engage with Everway solutions.
β’ Provide customer-facing teams with product knowledge, training, tools, and resources necessary to convey product value, perform discovery, and present product demonstrations.
β’ Produce captivating product content and resources that assist customers in understanding solutions, starting successfully, and realizing value.
β’ Take ownership of creating engaging product videos that showcase product capabilities, workflows, and value; establish a consistent style, format, and tone.
β’ Develop concise product training videos and learning experiences tailored for sales teams.
β’ Construct and oversee product demo certification programs.
β’ Collaborate with product owners to create and maintain product pitch slides.
β’ Keep the Sales Playbook updated with current, consistent solution guidance.
β’ Work alongside Product and Sales Leadership on onboarding and product training for new customer-facing team members.
β’ Generate getting-started guides for educators and administrators.
β’ Design and manage product pilot programs, including resources, expectations, enablement, feedback, and success measurement.
β’ Ensure the accuracy, discoverability, consistency, messaging, and brand standards of enablement content.
β’ Report to the Director of Product Marketing and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Learning, and other go-to-market teams.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in EdTech, with an in-depth understanding of Kβ12 education, district environments, and the requirements of educators and school leaders.
β’ At least 3 years of experience working with special education solutions, programs, or teams, with insights into the specific needs of special education educators, administrators, and students.
β’ More than 4 years of experience in sales enablement, product enablement, or a related field, creating training and resources that assist customer-facing teams in building product knowledge and confidence.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in producing product and training videos, including concept development, scripting, storyboarding, screen recordings, voiceovers, and finalized content.
β’ Proven track record in developing and delivering product training, demo talk tracks, discovery questions, and demo certification programs for sales and other customer-facing teams.
β’ Experience in creating and maintaining sales playbooks, product pitch decks, getting started guides, onboarding materials, and additional product enablement resources.
β’ Strong capability to translate complex product features into clear, concise, and engaging narratives for both internal and external audiences.
β’ Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Learning, and other go-to-market teams.
β’ Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead engaging live and recorded training sessions.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to message consistency, quality, and brand voice across all content and training.
β’ Strong project management abilities, capable of overseeing multiple content, training, and enablement initiatives from conception to delivery.
β’ Comfortable with rapidly learning new products and becoming a product expert who can effectively teach others how to understand, position, and demonstrate them.
β’ Experience in collecting feedback and utilizing engagement, adoption, training, or pilot data to continually enhance enablement programs and resources.
β’ Applicants are required to submit three public, PII-free video samples: a product overview video, a tutorial video, and a product promotional video.
