This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive marketing strategy and implementation for each product feature.
• Coordinate feature launch strategies with commercial teams.
• Develop channel strategies with owners of website, social media, paid advertising, and lifecycle marketing.
• Create and configure emails, in-product notifications, and Loom-style demonstration videos.
• Refresh product tours, onboarding emails, and the Onboarding Center for new releases.
• Manage the monthly product newsletter.
• Collaborate on product content for significant events such as the annual spring release, Travel Innovation Summit, and Operator Innovation Day.
• Monitor feature adoption post-launch, identify stalled features, and devise solutions.
• Collaborate on the annual product webinar schedule and conduct live product webinars.
• Engage presenters including product managers, designers, engineers, and account managers.
• Execute promotional campaigns for existing features that require an adoption boost.
• Translate content into Spanish when necessary.
• Work together with product managers, marketing channel leaders, account managers, and customer support representatives.
• Over 7 years of communication-focused professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in B2B product marketing within a technology company.
• Proficient in business-level English.
• Exceptional storytelling abilities both in writing and on camera.
• Proven success in B2B email and in-product campaigns, particularly targeted initiatives.
• Utilizes AI tools to enhance efficiency and reliability while maintaining the quality of delivered work.
• Comfortable analyzing data and generating independent insights.
• Proficient in business-level Spanish, with a strong understanding of Latin American travel business culture (preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer engagement platforms like Customer.io (preferred).
• Experience with SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and other analytical tools (preferred).
• Skills in video and audio editing (preferred).
• Full legal authorization to work in a LATAM country via citizenship or residency.
• No visa sponsorship or relocation support will be provided.
• A 3–5 minute video introduction must be submitted as part of the application process.
