This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive marketing strategy and implementation for each product feature.
• Synchronize launch strategies with the commercial teams.
• Develop channel strategies across the website, social media, paid advertising, and lifecycle channels.
• Create and configure emails, in-product messages, and Loom-style demonstration videos.
• Revise onboarding resources, including product tours, emails, and the Onboarding Center.
• Manage the monthly product newsletter.
• Collaborate on product content for significant events like the annual spring release, Travel Innovation Summit, and Operator Innovation Day.
• Track feature adoption post-launch, identify features that are lagging, and propose solutions.
• Work together on the yearly product webinar schedule and facilitate live product webinars.
• Involve product managers, designers, engineers, and account managers in webinar presentations.
• Execute promotional campaigns for existing features that require an increase in adoption.
• Translate content into Spanish when necessary.
• Over 7 years of communication-focused professional experience, with at least 3 years in B2B product marketing within a tech company.
• Proficiency in business English.
• Exceptional storytelling abilities in both written and video formats.
• Proven success in B2B email and in-product campaigns, ideally with a focus on targeted marketing.
• Utilizes AI tools to enhance efficiency and reliability while maintaining quality.
• Comfortable analyzing data and uncovering independent insights.
• Proficient in business Spanish with a strong understanding of Latin American travel industry culture preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer engagement platforms like Customer.io preferred.
• Experience with SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and other analytical tools preferred.
• Skills in video and audio editing are preferred.
• Must possess full legal authorization to work in a LATAM country through citizenship or residency.
• Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not offered.
• A 3–5 minute video introduction must be submitted as part of the application process.
