This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Take full responsibility for the comprehensive marketing strategy and implementation for each product feature.
• Coordinate launch initiatives with commercial teams.
• Develop channel strategies across the website, social media, paid advertising, and lifecycle channels.
• Create and implement emails, in-product messages, and Loom-style demonstration videos.
• Revise onboarding materials, including product tours, emails, and the Onboarding Center.
• Manage the monthly product newsletter.
• Collaborate on product content for key events, such as the annual spring release, Travel Innovation Summit, and Operator Innovation Day.
• Monitor feature adoption post-launch, identify features that are underperforming, and determine corrective measures.
• Host live product webinars and organize presenters.
• Execute promotional campaigns for existing features.
• Translate content into Spanish when necessary.
• Work alongside product managers, marketing channel leads, account managers, customer support staff, designers, engineers, and commercial teams.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in communication-focused roles.
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B product marketing within a technology firm.
• Proficient in business English.
• Exceptional storytelling abilities both in writing and on camera.
• Proven success in B2B email and in-product marketing campaigns.
• Utilizes AI tools to enhance efficiency and maintain high quality.
• Comfortable with data analysis and extracting insights.
• Proficiency in business Spanish and a strong understanding of the Latin American travel industry culture (preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM and customer engagement platforms, such as Customer.io (preferred).
• Experience with SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and other analytics tools (preferred).
• Skills in video and audio editing (preferred).
• Must possess full legal authorization to work in a LATAM country through citizenship or residency.
• Visa sponsorship or relocation support is not available.
• A 3–5 minute video introduction is required as part of the application process.
