This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Take ownership of the comprehensive marketing strategy and implementation for each product feature.
β’ Coordinate launch strategies with commercial teams.
β’ Develop channel strategies in collaboration with website, social media, paid, and lifecycle marketing teams.
β’ Create and establish emails, in-product communications, and Loom-style demonstration videos.
β’ Revise product tours, onboarding emails, and the Onboarding Center.
β’ Manage the monthly product newsletter.
β’ Collaborate on product content for key events, including the annual spring release, Travel Innovation Summit, and Operator Innovation Day.
β’ Track post-launch adoption, identify features that are lagging, and determine corrective measures.
β’ Collaborate on the annual webinar schedule and facilitate live product webinars.
β’ Recruit product managers, designers, engineers, and account managers to present in webinars.
β’ Execute promotional campaigns for existing features that need an increase in adoption.
β’ Translate content into Spanish as necessary.
β’ Collaborate with product managers, marketing channel leaders, account managers, and customer support personnel.
β’ Submit a 3β5 minute introductory video as part of the application process.
β’ Complete a take-home launch plan and sample assets assignment.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in communication-focused roles, including a minimum of 3 years in B2B product marketing within a technology company.
β’ Proficient in business English.
β’ Outstanding storytelling abilities in both writing and on camera.
β’ Proven track record of successful B2B email and in-product marketing campaigns, preferably targeted ones.
β’ Utilizes AI tools to enhance productivity and reliability while maintaining the quality of deliverables.
β’ Comfortable analyzing data and generating independent insights.
β’ Proficient in business Spanish and possess a thorough understanding of Latin American travel business culture (preferred).
β’ Familiarity with CRM tools and customer engagement platforms such as Customer.io (preferred).
β’ Experience with SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and other analytical tools (preferred).
β’ Skills in video and audio editing (preferred).
β’ Full legal right to work in a LATAM country through citizenship or residency.
β’ No visa sponsorship or relocation support available.
