This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
β’ Take ownership of the go-to-market strategy and execution for new products, features, integrations, and significant product upgrades.
β’ Collaborate with the Product team to grasp roadmaps, target users, customer challenges, competitive landscape, and business goals.
β’ Identify launch levels, target audiences, communication channels, messaging, timelines, and success metrics.
β’ Construct and oversee cross-functional launch plans that include deliverables, responsible parties, deadlines, dependencies, and roles.
β’ Prepare internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Partnerships, and others for successful launches.
β’ Create distinct product positioning, messaging frameworks, customer benefits, and practical use cases.
β’ Ensure messaging consistency across websites, sales materials, campaigns, customer communications, announcements, marketplace listings, and partner content.
β’ Generate sales enablement materials including pitch decks, product briefs, battlecards, objection-handling guides, competitive comparisons, talk tracks, FAQs, and demo support resources.
β’ Educate Sales and Customer Success teams on product positioning, use cases, and competitive advantages.
β’ Develop customer-facing resources that enhance understanding and adoption of new hotel capabilities.
β’ Conduct customer interviews, perform win/loss analysis, engage in internal interviews, and carry out market research.
β’ Track competitors, industry trends, and advancements in hotel technology.
β’ Provide customer, market, and competitive insights to Product and company leadership.
β’ Define and assess launch and adoption metrics covering awareness, engagement, sales readiness, customer adoption, pipeline influence, expansion, and revenue.
β’ Report on launch outcomes, propose enhancements, and support products post-launch through campaigns, customer stories, education, and sales enablement.
β’ Establish a scalable product marketing process to enhance cross-functional coordination and launch efficacy.
β’ A minimum of five years of experience in product marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or hospitality technology.
β’ Proven experience leading go-to-market initiatives for new products, features, or software releases.
β’ Strong grasp of product positioning, messaging, customer research, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
β’ Ability to comprehend technical product information and convey it as clear customer value.
β’ Exceptional writing, storytelling, presentation, and communication abilities.
β’ Experience working collaboratively with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
β’ Robust project management skills with the capability to handle multiple launches and priorities at once.
β’ A customer-centric mindset and curiosity about how individuals assess, purchase, adopt, and utilize technology.
β’ Proficiency in using data and feedback to evaluate results and enhance future launches.
β’ Experience conducting customer interviews and transforming qualitative insights into actionable messaging.
β’ Preferred experience in hotel operations, hospitality technology, travel technology, or property management systems.
