This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and enhance positioning and messaging throughout Sentra’s platform, products, and primary use cases.
• Transform intricate technical capabilities into distinct customer value for both technical and business audiences.
• Expand the competitive intelligence program, which includes competitive positioning, battlecards, objection management, and field support.
• Track competitors, market positioning, competitive successes and failures, and the needs of the field team.
• Oversee product launches and significant go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Create messaging, enablement strategies, launch plans, and execution strategies for product introductions.
• Develop messaging, resources, and training materials to equip field teams for effective selling.
• Collect insights from customers, prospects, sellers, and the market to guide Product, Marketing, and GTM strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing and executives on content creation, campaigns, customer narratives, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Simplify complex data security and AI challenges for target audiences.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B cybersecurity product marketing within data, cloud, or enterprise software sectors.
• Proven track record of owning positioning and messaging for complex technical products.
• Extensive experience in competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and converting market insights into practical field guidance.
• Established history of leading product launches and cross-functional go-to-market programs.
• Capability to comprehend complex technologies and articulate them as straightforward, compelling customer value.
• Strong customer and market focus, with experience directly engaging with customers, prospects, and sales teams.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Proficient in influencing and collaborating effectively across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive teams.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative while closely collaborating with teams.
• Able to strategize while remaining highly engaged in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience in data security, DSPM, DLP, cloud security, AI security, or data governance is highly advantageous.
