This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create positioning and sales enablement materials to assist the sales team in reaching revenue growth objectives.
• Perform comprehensive market analysis and research to gain insights into each product’s market stance and growth potential.
• Design and present sales enablement resources, such as pitch decks and one-pagers.
• Gather Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback from key accounts to refine and validate messaging strategies.
• Develop and continually update messaging and positioning strategies to align with market needs.
• Formulate and implement customer engagement and retention strategies to minimize churn.
• Collaborate with campaign marketing to improve customer communications and engagement initiatives.
• Work alongside product managers to create go-to-market strategies for new product and feature introductions.
• Construct strategic campaign messaging and materials to boost marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) annually.
• Establish positioning, messaging, and thought leadership strategies for Multi-lingual Learners (ML).
• Develop positioning, messaging, and thought leadership strategies for Riverside’s Behavioral & Mental Health (BMH) portfolio, including DESSA.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, with a minimum of 1+ year in the K-12 Education sector.
• Demonstrated ability to transform market research into actionable insights across teams.
• Experience in coordinating and communicating with various stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Outstanding writing skills, with a strong focus on grammar, punctuation, phrasing, and overall structure.
• Background in the K-12 education sector, emphasizing the creation of impactful messaging for key buyer personas.
• Experience with assessments is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with behavioral, social-emotional, or mental health (BMH) assessments (e.g., DESSA) is strongly preferred.
• Remote position.
• Up to 15% travel required for off-site team meetings.
• May necessitate remaining in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended durations.
