This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +6 more countries.
• Take ownership of the Partner marketing engine and lead go-to-market launches from strategy through to execution.
• Collaborate effectively with the wider marketing team.
• Partner with Partner PMs and Commercial Teams to identify target audiences.
• Develop clear and compelling messaging and positioning that highlights Primer's Partner capabilities.
• Convert technical products into messaging suitable for partners and merchants.
• Integrate feedback from partners and merchants, sales signals, and market research into strategic recommendations.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
• Utilize data to refine strategies and meet business objectives.
• Report directly to the Product Marketing Lead.
• Engage directly with product leads, marketing leads, and senior stakeholders.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or product marketing, with a proven record of launching and scaling successful B2B products.
• Proficiency in transforming technical product details into engaging messaging for non-technical buyers or partners.
• Capability to perform targeted competitive and buyer research and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Experiment-focused, taking full responsibility for results and driving initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or infrastructure products is a plus, or a willingness to quickly acquire that domain knowledge (nice-to-have).
• Strong creative judgment and the ability to brief teams and agencies with authority (nice-to-have).
• Experience in marketing within a two-sided marketplace (nice-to-have).
• Must possess unrestricted working rights or appropriate authorization in the country of residence.
