This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +20 more states.
• Direct the go-to-market strategy for PDQ’s primary portfolio.
• Conduct customer research through interviews, surveys, and call evaluations.
• Incorporate buyer insights into messaging, content, and sales enablement efforts.
• Oversee PDQ’s competitive intelligence program from start to finish.
• Monitor competitors, analyze signals, and provide actionable insights to product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Create and enhance product messaging and positioning tailored for IT professionals and key buyer personas.
• Collaborate with Product Management to impact roadmap prioritization.
• Develop and sustain competitive battlecards, positioning matrices, and frameworks for win/loss analysis.
• Observe market trends, pricing changes, and product announcements.
• Act as PDQ’s main liaison for industry analyst firms.
• Manage relationships with analysts and prepare executive briefings.
• Transform analyst feedback into actionable recommendations for product positioning, roadmap, and messaging.
• Seek opportunities for PDQ to be highlighted in analyst research.
• Pilot and expand AI-driven tools and workflows for competitive research, sales tools, content creation, win/loss analysis, and persona refinement.
• Establish lightweight AI processes and serve as an internal resource for AI marketing best practices.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement resources, including pitch decks, case studies, battlecards, and objection-handling playbooks.
• Conduct training sessions to equip the Sales team with the knowledge and tools necessary for success.
• Minimum of 3 years of product marketing experience, particularly in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and managing a competitive intelligence program, including battlecards, win/loss frameworks, and organization-wide information distribution.
• Experience in managing analyst relationships and creating executive-level briefings for firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, or similar organizations.
• Practical experience utilizing AI tools to enhance PMM workflows, with the discernment to identify where AI is beneficial and where human intervention is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.
• Background in IT management, endpoint management, or enterprise software markets is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, and analytics platforms.
• Comfort in working with quantitative data to extract insights, recognize patterns, and convert numerical data into strategic recommendations.
• Proven capability to design and implement impactful product marketing strategies.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to craft narratives for technical buyers and executive stakeholders.
• Capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making across all organizational levels.
• Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with meticulous execution.
• Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
