📋 Description

• Take charge of Motivity’s branding across various customer segments, from individual BCBA practices to large national operators.

• Develop the enterprise category narrative centered on multi-site governance, audit preparedness, and large-scale migration.

• Manage the complete product launch strategy and its execution.

• Oversee the customer-facing changelog and maintain a clear, accessible product source of truth.

• Produce sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, pitch decks, demo scripts, solution briefs, battlecards, talk tracks, and proof points.

• Provide internal launch training that aligns with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

• Handle competitive intelligence for ABA software to enhance differentiation.

• Keep documentation of the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and personas for Sales and Marketing.

• Collaborate with RevOps on win/loss analysis and incorporate insights into messaging, campaigns, and product roadmap.

• Recognize customers achieving exceptional results for case studies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in product marketing within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.

• Ability to articulate product launches, positioning, field enablement, and their impact.

• Excellent writing capabilities.

• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools to enhance processes.

• Capacity to navigate ambiguity and manage tasks independently as the inaugural person in this role.

• Genuine passion for regulated and clinically driven sectors, including payer requirements, authorization utilization, and compliance documentation.

• Willingness to engage with customers directly and frequently.
