Product Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Define and enhance strategies for product positioning and messaging.

• Spearhead product launch strategies for new features and expansion efforts.

• Develop frameworks for messaging and initiatives focused on thought leadership.

• Create assets for sales enablement, including pitch decks, playbooks, and training materials.

• Establish customer proof strategies, such as case studies, ROI narratives, and customer references.

• Perform competitive and market intelligence research across PRM, affiliate, and ecosystem platforms.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

• Define and monitor performance metrics for Product Marketing, including adoption rates, launch impact, win rates, and expansion metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS companies.

• Proven experience in building or leading Product Marketing in zero-to-one, early-stage, or high-growth environments.

• Strong background in product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

• Experience in leading product launches and initiatives for sales enablement.

• Familiarity with partner-led growth, PRM platforms, affiliate ecosystems, or related GTM technologies.

• Experience working collaboratively across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

• Proficient in analyzing metrics such as adoption, attribution, win/loss analysis, and launch performance.
