This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the Early Access Program for the designated focus area, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to assist customers and design partners with initial releases.
• Gather specific customer requirements from the field to integrate into the Product roadmap.
• Establish and continually refine product positioning and messaging tailored to relevant personas.
• Simplify complex product functionalities into clear, benefit-oriented narratives while developing extensive expertise in the product area.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams, as applicable, to assess product-market fit, Total Addressable Market (TAM), and opportunity costs.
• Create and lead launch strategies in conjunction with the Director of Product Marketing.
• Provide content to Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, including Demand Generation and Revenue Operations, to enhance awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
• Manage competitive intelligence for product comparisons and roadmap assessments.
• Represent the product area at conferences, in online content, and in customer-facing materials.
• Contribute to the strategy for packaging, licensing, and bundling.
• Actively leverage AI in daily operations and identify opportunities for AI to transform functional challenges.
• A minimum of 4 years in B2B SaaS product marketing, managing end-to-end product positioning and launches.
• Sufficient product knowledge to engage in customer calls independently, matching the depth of public documentation.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills combined with a strategic mindset.
• Comfortable collaborating across functions in dynamic, high-growth environments.
• Confidence in leading discussions with Product, Sales, and Executive teams.
• Solid understanding of marketing funnels, sales cycles, and customer journeys.
• Inquisitive, data-driven, and motivated by purpose-driven work.
• Ability to travel internationally without restrictions, with approximately 25% travel to the US and Europe for conferences, offsites, and industry events.
• Must be capable of obtaining the necessary travel authorizations.
• Experience in nonprofit technology, fintech, or growth-stage startups is a plus.
• Familiarity with vertical marketing, particularly in nonprofit, faith, education, or health sectors, is advantageous for Core Markets.
• Experience in 0 to 1 or new-capability product marketing through General Availability (GA) with direct early-customer engagement is a plus for New Products.
• Technical product marketing experience with platform, API, data, or ML/AI products is beneficial for Platform & Core Products.
