This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Manage the Early Access Program within the designated focus area, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to identify and support customers and design partners during early product releases.
• Gather specific customer requirements from the field for integration into the Product roadmap.
• Establish and continuously refine product positioning and messaging tailored to relevant personas.
• Convert intricate product functionalities into clear, benefit-oriented narratives while developing deep expertise in the product area.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, or Data Science teams to evaluate product-market fit, Total Addressable Market (TAM), and opportunity costs.
• Create and spearhead launch strategies in conjunction with the Director of Product Marketing.
• Provide content to Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, including Demand Generation and Revenue Operations, to enhance awareness, drive adoption, and impact revenue.
• Oversee product-versus-product and roadmap-versus-roadmap competitive intelligence.
• Act as a representative for the focus area at conferences, within web content, and in customer-facing documentation.
• Assist in shaping packaging, licensing, and bundling strategies.
• Actively utilize AI in daily tasks and identify opportunities for AI to transform functional challenges.
• Minimum of 4 years in B2B SaaS product marketing, managing complete product positioning and launches.
• Adequate product knowledge to handle customer calls in the product domain without assistance from a solutions engineer.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills combined with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Confidence in leading discussions with Product, Sales, and Executive teams.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, sales cycles, and customer journeys.
• Inquisitive, data-oriented, and driven by meaningful work.
• Willingness to travel internationally without limitations.
• Approximately 25% travel to the US and Europe for conferences, offsites, and industry events.
• Must be eligible to obtain necessary travel authorizations.
